Small Clicky Purses

We were driving around Inglewood, recently, and my DH stopped in front of the yarn store called Stash, heehee.  (He remembered it being a coffee shop - wow when was that??)  He patiently waited while I perused the place.  I don't actually need any yarn but they had a lovely set of bamboo needles that I had to take home and these small purse clasps.  Sooo, cute.

I hand sewed the fabric bag to the metal through the holes provided.  Then I decided that my stitching didn't look very neat so I inserted a piece of coordinating ribbon to cover the messy bit. (with Aleene's glue) it worked like a charm.

Ridiculous!! All I'm going to say.

My Purse within My Purse

This is the problem.

I am a bit of a purse-a-holic and I like to change which one I am carrying at a moments notice.  The problem is all the stuff that hangs around at the bottom of my bag.  So here is my solution.
I used that super heavy interfacing that is iron-on on both sides for the centre velcro pocket and added the divided pockets to the outside of the 'bag' so everything is accessible.  I will try is this weekend and see how it goes.

Now I can slip my real wallet and this mini purse from one bag to the other quickly and easily.
