OK go to this place and see what I created in a few seconds on Wordle.net  Fun, fun.

I just typed in the first 5 verses of Genesis 1 and look what I got.

Pinwheel Wall Hanging

This main colour fabric was picked out by my DH at Shirley's in Moosomin, Saskatchewan.  

This was lots of fun to make and I'm really pleased with the result.

New dress for my granddaughter

While we were in the states in October I visited Country Quilts & Bears in Clearwater, Florida and found this Thomas the Tank Engine fabric.  My original plan was for something not well thought out but when I got it home I realized I had to make something for our little girl so I 'pinked it up' and she loved it.

Free motion Quilting Challenge

I have bravely signed up for the free motion quilting challenge I saw on this blog by SewCalGal.  I am hoping it will inspire and assist me in improving my quilting from straight lines and leaves to more adventurous things.  It snowed this weekend so I guess maybe it is part of the nesting instinct.

It may have something to do with the fact that I should be working on my DD's christmas stocking order.

Citrus Quilt

So my DD finished the quilt we were working on.  It is so beautiful and I found it on ...hee, hee,...the spare bed... the one I get to sleep on when I visit.  How lucky am I??
